Formed in 2016, the band has spent the last decade building a reputation for exceptional live entertainment, performing at more than 300 events across over 40 countries worldwide. From luxury weddings and destination celebrations, through to international corporate events, award ceremonies and exclusive private parties, Jam Hot has become trusted by clients, event planners and venues who expect the very highest standards. At the centre of the show is a carefully selected team of elite performers, many of whom have toured internationally, performed at major festivals and worked alongside globally recognised artists. Every show is designed to feel seamless, fast paced and completely live, featuring signature medleys, audience interaction and a level of energy that keeps dance floors full all night long. But behind the performance is something far more personal.
The band is owned and managed by husband and wife team, Paul and Melissa. As well as co leading and managing Jam Hot behind the scenes, Melissa also performs as one of the band’s lead vocalists, creating a uniquely personal connection between management and performance. Together, they remain closely involved in every event, ensuring the same level of care, quality and attention to detail at every single show.

Jam Hot was never created to be just another function band. The vision was always to build something that genuinely feels exciting, immersive and unforgettable for every guest in the room.
Whilst I’m now taking more of a step back from the performance side of things, I still oversee the band very closely and remain heavily involved behind the scenes. The reason Jam Hot was created in the first place was to raise the standard of what live entertainment could feel like, and that attention to detail still sits at the centre of everything we do.
From the musicians and production, through to the flow of the show and the atmosphere on the dance floor, every element is carefully considered to ensure absolute quality at every single performance.
What makes me most proud is the team around us. The level of talent, professionalism and passion within Jam Hot is unbelievable, and I genuinely believe that comes across in every event we perform.
